This section was last updated June 18th, 2020 and covers some of the more common reasons that people contact customer support. Please take a quick look to see if your issue is covered by policy or under the FAQs prior to submitting a customer support ticket.
Due to the digital nature of our product, refunds are generally not authorized. This was also covered explicitly in the Terms of Service that you agreed to prior to completing registration on DFSDads. This is due to the fact that you cannot “unsee” the content that we provide behind the pay wall. That content comes with no guaranteed results, and as such, should never be the grounds for requesting a refund.
There are special circumstances where we will authorize a refund and those will be viewed on a case by case basis. If you believe that you have a situation that should warrant a refund please use the form below to contact us and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.
REFUNDS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED FOR ANY MEMBERSHIP. WE DO NOT PROVIDE CREDIT, REFUNDS, OR PRORATED BILLING FOR MEMBERSHIPS THAT ARE CANCELLED MID-CYCLE. In such a circumstance, you will continue to have access to your membership content until the end of the billing period. If you believe that you have a situation that would qualify you for a refund please make us aware by filling out the form below and we will review your request at our earliest convenience.
You are able to cancel your membership at any time. Please note that you must cancel your membership before it renews for a subsequent payment in order to avoid being charged the next membership fee. If you cancel your membership, the cancellation will become effective at the end of the current membership period. You can cancel your membership in one of three ways;
- On your DFSDads account page located on the top menu.
- Via your PayPal account pre-approved payments page located under “Tools”.
- Contacting customer service by using the form below.

Why should I become a member?
Our service is for those that do not want to spend hours researching DFS each week. If you find it difficult to fit research time into your already busy schedule, then we are exactly the service for you. Our goal is to provide you with the fruits of our labor so that you can spend more time with your family.
Do you offer guaranteed results?
We would love to say that you are guaranteed to win every week, but that would be false. No one wins every week. There is a reason some states still consider DFS to be gambling. What we can guarantee is that we will provide you with the information gathered by us, through many hours of research, on a weekly basis. The hope is that our research will be able to put you in the best position possible to win at a higher rate.
How do I upgrade my membership package?
You are welcome to upgrade your membership at any time. It will simply run consecutively to the membership level that you have already paid for. If you experience any difficulty in securing your new membership level, please feel free to contact our excellent support staff HERE and someone will happily assist you.
How do I cancel my membership?
While we definitely would hate to see you go, we understand that sometimes everything is not for everyone. If you are interested in cancelling your membership you are able to do that in one of three ways;
- You can cancel directly on your pre-approved payments page on your PayPal account.
- You can cancel your membership on your DFS Dads account page located HERE
- You can contact our customer support team located HERE and someone will assist as soon as possible. Please be advised that using support to cancel can sometimes take up to 24hrs, so plan accordingly.
What if I am having technical issues?
If you are experiencing any kind of problem accessing the website or content located on the website, we apologize for the inconvenience.Two common fixes are to clear your browser cache and to make sure that you are logged in. If you still need assistance with any website issue please contact customer support.
Who can I speak to about a billing error?
Billing errors are rare as everything on DFS Dads is done by pre-approved payment agreements. In the rare instance where there is a billing error however, please contact customer support as soon as possible with a description of the issue. We will investigate what happened and get back to you within 24 hours.
Do you provide refunds?
Our product is digital in nature with no guaranteed results from using the information we provide. For those reasons we do not offer refunds. If you believe that you are experiencing a situation that would be classified under extenuating circumstances please contact customer support as soon as possible and we will look into your issue.
